The LapsedToLocationTargetingCriterion targets users who have previously ordered from the merchant’s location in the last 365 days but have not ordered from that location in the last 42 days.

This object has no properties - it is used as an empty marker to target customers who ordered from the location within the last 365 days but have not ordered within the last 42 days.
