If you are currently using the ‘Secure Web Authentication’ method, then you need to edit the settings and switch to ‘SAML 2.0’ method. ‘Metadata Url’ will be the metadata URL that needs to be shared with Uber. Both Sing-in URL and Public key will be embedded in this link.

Setting up ‘Default Relay State’: Under SAML 2.0 setting. Click on edit to add ‘nextURL=https://business.uber.com’ value for ‘Default Relay State’ field.
Note: The entire value ‘nextURL=https://business.uber.com’ including the ‘nexturl=’ key work needs to be added as a value for ‘Default Relay State’. -
Setting up ‘Application username format’: Whichever field you choose for application username format MUST be in email address format. Example: ‘username@domain.com’.
