Uber for Business is a platform for managing global rides, meals, and local deliveries for companies of any size. Uber for Business provides holistic APIs to provide organizations the access to employee/guest management, billing, vouchers, statements, receipts and invoices so that they can customize Uber for their needs and scale across their organization.

Employee API provides an automated way to provision & deprovision employees associated to an organization. Uber for Business also provides SFTP based automation for employee management.

¶ Guest Trips API

Uber’s Guest Trips API provides a way to manage transportation for your guests via the Uber Platform. These APIs provide organizations alternative to Uber Central dashboard to customize, manage and operate trips at scale.

Your guests are not required to have an Uber account, but you will need to provide some guest details when requesting a ride. This API resource is designed to allow you to request and pay for rides, for multiple guests at the same time.

Uber’s Health Trips API provides a way to manage transportation for your patients/guests via the Uber Platform. The Health API is an HIPAA compliant endpoint and integration solution. These APIs provide organizations alternative to Uber Health dashboard to customize, manage and operate trips at scale.

Employee Trips API provides a way to manage transportation for your organizations’ employees. Employees need to have an Uber account.

Vouchers can be sent to employees or customers to cover the cost of their rides and meals. The Vouchers API provides a way to create and manage voucher programs and codes and customize it for your needs.

¶ Statements API

Statements management provide a set of APIs for easy management of statements of an organization.

¶ Receipt API

The Receipts API allows your organization to get real-time updates and detailed information for each ride taken on a company profile. Review all trips taken in your organization at any time and build powerful integrations to enhance your workflows.

The API gives you access to all trips taken under the organization’s profile without needing to request and save authorization tokens on a per-user basis. The riders’ personal trips will not be returned; you will only have access to data the rider has designated as official business trips under the company profile.
