1. Access SAP Concur as an Administrator:

• Log in to Concur Solutions with administrative credentials.

2. Navigate to the App Center and locate Uber for Business:

• Click on the “App Center” located in the top-right corner of the dashboard and Search for “Uber for Business” under Enterprise Applications.

3. Initiate the Connection:

• Click “Connect.” If the option is unavailable, please ensure you have the necessary permissions for the Concur portal, such as Program Admin, Authorized Support Contact, or Web Services Administrator. If you do not have these permissions, please contact your Concur Administrator for the same.

4. Accept Terms and Conditions:

• Review and accept SAP Concur’s terms and conditions to permit data sharing between Uber and SAP Concur.

5. Sign in to Uber:

• A new window will prompt you to sign in to your Uber account. Use existing credentials or create a new Uber account if necessary. Note: This step may be skipped if you are already logged into Uber for Business in your browser.

6: Connect Uber for Business Account and enable E-receipt forwarding:

• Select your Uber for Business account to enable e-receipt forwarding for all active employees. Employees don’t need to take any further action.

• After selecting the Uber for Business account, navigate to the Integrations tab in the dashboard settings to review the Concur configuration:

7. Enable Employee Roster Sync (Optional):

• Next, click Edit Settings on the Concur card and toggle Roster Sync to ON to enable Employee Roster synchronization from Concur. Enabling this will automate employee management on your Uber for Business dashboard.
• Accept data sharing permissions to enable roster sync.
