No, Concur Employee Sync today does not support group sync.
We are working closely with Concur to unlock this feature as a future enhancement.
8. Once Concur is enabled at the parent level, how will the Concur integration tab show up in the child dashboard?
For all child orgs with active Concur sync from the parent dashboard (meaning there is an Org ID against the child org in the Concur form):
- The Concur card on the Integrations tab in the child dashboard will be “Enabled” and “Read-Only”.
- Receipt forwarding will only be shown as enabled for decentralized orgs.
9. If we are able to distribute a roster across multiple dashboards based on attributes, could we use that same logic to select certain attributes for one dashboard and not completely add the full roster?
Yes, you can select an attribute for one dashboard by linking a parent to the standalone org.
