¶ Introduction

Roster sync keeps the Uber for Business Employee list in-sync with the list of employees in Concur Expense. Employees will be added and removed as they are added and removed from Concur Expense, such as when someone is hired or leaves the company.

Roster syncs four times a day. Only employees who have not received an invitation previously will receive an email invitation.

¶ Segmenting Concur’s Employee List

Currently you cannot select groups or subsets of people from Concur to sync. The Roster Sync functionality invites EVERYONE in Concur that has currently not been invited.

¶ Enabling Roster Sync Later

Roster Sync can be skipped during the Concur activation process. To enable it later, any U4B administrator can turn it on by going to U4B Dashboard -> Settings -> Concur Roster Sync.

¶ How to check which users will be invited with Roster Sync

Note: Roster sync will throw an error if the admins are not in the roster so always ensure admins are in the Concur roster before enabling roster sync

¶ New Users

Anyone added to the account after the integration is enabled will automatically have the new E-Receipt functionality turned on. There is no need for the employees to take any additional steps.
