Employee Roster Sync Details

What is Roster Sync?

Roster Sync automatically keeps your employee list in the Uber for Business dashboard up to date by syncing with your Concur Expense employee roster. When employees are hired or leave the company, their access to Uber for Business is updated accordingly.

  • Syncs four times a day to ensure accuracy.
  • Employees who haven’t previously received an invite will get an automated email invitation.

Syncing Employee Lists

  • Currently, roster sync includes all employees in Concur—you cannot select specific groups or departments to sync.
  • Only employees who have not been previously invited will receive an invitation.

Enabling Roster Sync

If you skipped enabling Roster Sync during Concur integration, you can turn it on at any time logging in to your Uber for Business Dashboard → Settings → Concur Settings. To learn more about set up, please refer to the “Steps to integrate” section.

Note:

  • Roster Sync will fail if the Uber for Business admin is not listed in Concur’s employee roster. Ensure all admins are included before enabling sync.
  • Once the integration is live, newly added employees will automatically have e-receipt forwarding enabled—no extra setup needed!
