SAP Concur - Uber integration on Parent dashboard
¶ Introduction
You can set up receipt forwarding and employee roster sync through SAP Concur integration for all your organizations in one shot through Uber for business parent dashboard.
¶ How it works?
- You need to begin by clicking on the Profile icon on top right and going to the Integrations section within the parent dashboard.
-
To begin with, you will need to connect the Uber for Business application with your SAP Concur account. For this you can follow the exact same steps as mentioned in the SAP concur - Uber integration overview section.
-
Once connected and terms & conditions are accepted, you will be asked to login to Uber for business dashboard for completing the setup. Ensure you are logging in with the right account and the parent dashboard is selected for the setup.
-
Once logged in, you will be asked to select the features to be enabled for your SAP concur - Uber integration on the parent dashboard. Note that receipt forwarding will by default be enabled for all your organizations that are on decentralized billing. Enabling employee roster sync is an optional feature.
-
If you enable employee roster sync, then you will need to provide additional information around how you have categorized your organization.
Your child organizations could have been created based on Country, State or City. Note that whichever category you are selecting here, you need to ensure there is data available in your Concur employee roster as well.
For example if you have chosen Country as the category, you need to have Country data in your Concur roster which will be used to identify employees for each of your organization.
-
Once you have selected the category, the next step would be to provide values for each of your organizations.
For example if you have selected a category as country, you need to put the corresponding location values (eg: country name etc.) for each of your organization. Note that the values being configured for each organization should be unique and also the same values should be present in your Concur employee roster as well. Once you have completed the 6th step, the setup for employee roster sync via Concur at parent level is now complete. The state of the Concur integration will change to ‘Enabled’ and it will also display the number of linked child orgs with active Concur set up for employee roster sync.
