Returns available ride products, fares, and pickup times between two locations.

¶ RangeFare

`lower`	string	Low end of the fare range as a decimal string
`upper`	string	High end of the fare range as a decimal string

Always use currency_code alongside point_fare or range_fare to format the fare correctly. Do not hard-code a currency symbol.

¶ Error Codes

Error Code	Cause
`ERROR_CODE_LOCATION_AMBIGUOUS`	Location query matched multiple results — ask rider to clarify
`ERROR_CODE_LOCATION_NOT_FOUND`	Location could not be resolved
`ERROR_CODE_LOCATION_NOT_SUPPORTED`	Rides not available at this location
`ERROR_CODE_NO_PRODUCTS_AVAILABLE`	No products available from this origin
`ERROR_CODE_FARE_NOT_AVAILABLE`	Fare computation temporarily unavailable
`ERROR_CODE_RATE_LIMITED`	Too many requests — apply exponential backoff
